According to Ms. Malkani, Mobile phones are likely to become the primary portals of connecting with the digital office. She has advised to make the best use of different digital platforms instead of a central access point. She has also stressed on the need for tools in various segments of the Digital Workplace. Tools ranging from cloud office, collaboration to communication and task management, need to be implemented to provide a structure.
