This may be R. Brasil Central as it is in daylight time with me at 15:45 UTC. I am not so good with the languages so maybe somebidy can verify if this is the Voice of Turkey or R. Brasil Central. According to online shortwave.info, the Voice of Turkey should be a stronger signal with full bars to me whereas R. Brasil Central only had 2 bars for signal strength on their online listing.
