tinda(indian baby pumpkin vegetable) ki sabji--- Tinde vegetable is prepared in many ways. It is prepared juicy and dry and becomes very tasty. Its gravy is very tasty prep time 25 minutes. cook time 35 minutes. type of recipe : vegetable. cousin : India. #indianbabypumpkin #bhajirecipe #tindekisabji Ingredients(samagri)- 12 Indian baby pumpkin (tinde). 2 tomatoes (tamatar). 1" ginger pices (adrak). 8 green chillies (hari mirch). 1 Cup of water (pani). 1 ladle ghee (1 kalchi ghee). 1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwayan). 2 tbsp gram flour (besan). 1/2 tsp Coriander powder (dhaniya powder). 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi). 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder (laal mirch powder). 1 spoon salt ( namak swadanusar). 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder (bhuna jeera powder). 1/4 tsp garam masala powder. 1 spoon kasuri methi. method (banane ka tarika)- (1) Peel the tinda, wash it with clean water and divide it into two parts. Take 8 green chilies and make a slit in the middle. (2) Now fry the tinda in hot ghee or oil till it becomes soft. Now take out the fried tinda in a plate. (3) Now let's prepare to temper the vegetable so Coarsely grind tomatoes and green chilies. (4) now add cumin seeds to the remaining hot ghee and let it crackle, when cumin seeds crackle, then add green chillies and gram flour. Now add all the spices one by one. Now add the coarse paste of tomato and green chili and keep stirring continuously till the ghee leaves. When the tomatoes start leaving the ghee, then add water to it and put the fried tinda and cover it with a lid and cook on low flame for about 10 to 15 minutes. (5) tinda curry (Indian baby pumpkin) is ready now switch off the flame and take out in a vessel. (6) Eat this hot vegetable with roti, chapati or rice.
