In this video i did a lower body workout using dumbells only, i started with a warm up to prepare all of the muscles of my legs. Then i did exercises that target quads and hamstring focused and a little bit of glutes . This workout was a leg killer to me i did 3 sets of 12 for every exercise. try this workout as soon as possible and leave your comments down bellow.
