    @shellylemons56255 years ago Try using dog nail clippers to cut small dowels and skewers. It gives you a clean cut and you wont have to struggle.

The best is using them for lil id="hidden15"legs on our cable boxes for lil legs. The cap' s raise the boxes just enough to keep them cooler. I paint the cap' s so they blend in with the boxes.
