Today I am going to show you how to make Kerala Special Meen Perra Vachath.. Its very Tasty Healthy and delicious and a perfect side dish for Rice. You can take any small fish for this..
Ingredients :-
Mathi Meen ( sardine Fish ) Small size - 500 gm
Coconut - 1/2 of i medium size
Red chilly powder - 2-3 tsp ( as per your taste)
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/2 Tsp
Kudam puli - 2-3 pcs
Green Chillies - 4-5 pcs
Tomato - 1 No
Curry leaves
Salt
Coconut Oil - 1 Tbsp
Note :- If you don't have Kudampili, use Raw Mango instead of this.. This is another method to make Meen Peera. It will be more tasty.. but will not last for the second day..
Water level depends upon the cooking of the fish you took.. this is a dry side dish.. so be careful while adding water.
