@KANJILALAMAR3 years ago Raw giloy is available in my area. I used it last year continue for 2 months during first lockdown. I used it by boiling it with water,when comes half,then cooled down,then drank.
It is really miraculous. I used to sneeze every morning for 20 to 30 times. The problem is cued.I am 30 years old.
Now I take it occasionally. Actually I have no problem now. So every morning I take any of raw herbs( kalmegh,haldi,brahmi,giloy,parijat leaves,satmul,tulsi etc) ... 2

Or whatever options you can show us out of these - in connection with appropriate intake for vaat, pitta and kapha imbalance situations..for example, which one would be the best suitable for a vata imbalance person to take with ghee or malai. Or vata- pitta imbalance person with ghee. We would be very grateful if you could make a detailed video on the magic of anupaan that you always talk about. Also Guruji, yes, it will be so good if there is no colour in the giloy sharbat. Have ordered 3-4 bottles of giloy and banafsa as per your advise.
