Mixed Vegetable Tikka Masala Curry Recipe

Ingredients : 1. Cauliflower / Pookosu - 10-15 florets 2. Carrot - 1 cup 3. Green Peas / Pachai Pattani - 1/2 cup 4. Onion / Vengayam - 1 cup 5. Tomato / Thakkali - 1 6. Cashew Nuts / Munthiri - 5/6 7. Coriander Leaves / Kothamalli Ilai 8. Curry Leaves / Karuveppilai 9. Ginger / Inji - 1 small cube finely chopped 10. Pepper / Green Chili - 1 or 2 chopped 11. Tandoori Masala Powder - 1 Ts 12. Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 Ts 13. Red Chili Powder / Milagai Thool - 2 Ts 14. Coriander Powder / Dhania Thool - 1 Ts 15. Cumin Powder / Seerakam Podi - 1 Ts 16. Turmeric Powder / Manjal Thool - 1/2 Ts 17. Chaat Masala Powder - 1/2 Ts 18. Oil / Yennai 19. Butter Method : 1. Grind to paste by adding tomato and cashew nuts together and keep it aside 2. Take a pan, add oil or butter and heat it, then fry all the vegetables like cauliflower, carrots, and green peas, After frying them well remove from stove and keep it aside 3. Now take another pan, add oil and heat it, add ginger, pepper/ green chili's, and onions, fry them well, add salt 4. Then add all the dry powder masala ingredients mentioned above like tandoori masala powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, cumin coriander powder, turmeric powder, and chaat masala powder, mix and fry all the ingredients together well 5. Add other ingredients one by one like sugar (optional), grinded paste, mix it well. Then when you see the tikka masala is cooked well add coriander leaves and curry leaves, mix well 6. Now add the previously fried vegetables, little bit of water and let the curry cook, finally you can add some dried fenugreek leaves / kasoori methi (which is optional), the recipe is ready
