Hey y'all. I have some things to get off my chest. Over the past few years there's been a slow shift in trends from thick women being praised to thin women, and it's becoming even more prominent with the rise of TikTok. Now I have no problem with thin women getting their shine, ALL body types should be celebrated. My issue is, why are women's bodies even a trend?? The fact that something is IN, while something else is OUT is ridiculous. And what's really frustrated me, is the fact that this is directly effecting how women are exercising and choosing to take care of their bodies--all of a sudden weightlifting is manly. Now I'm not saying you shouldn't slim down or thicken up, get a bbl, whatever you want, but I am saying, make sure you're doing it for the right reasons. Have y'all being noticing this problem, or is it just me?? Comment below! Thank y'all sm for watching, bye!
