    Since The two possible outcomes of square root of 289 is 13 and 17 and if we multiply 1 with 2 it will give 2 which is equal to the 2 at 100th place..
    Conclusion: if the number after multiplying is same(i.e., neither bigger or smaller than the digit at 100th place) then also we will take larger number which in my case is 17 😉

    except for 0 and 5 but for 5 also we can write ,5 which will add to 10. Maths is amazing
