@sharonc73 years ago Beautiful designs but I see a serious lack of storage especially in the kitchen. Yeah, I'm American and we have a lot of stuff ;) but everyone has Some stuff. Also, what is your purpose? Are these designs you just want to sell? Are they kit homes to order and assemble on site? You should put more info with the videos instead of just directing people to Instagram. I don't do Instagram but would love more info. Again, beautiful designs! ... 6

Hello! Great job! A few comments about this particular house design:-
1) First, it seems that your kitchen is way too small. Isn'it a must, specially in Filipino homes, to have a "dirty kitchen" where fried foods be cooked and other dishes that would otherwise make the whole house smell and become hot, if it was done inside the small kitchen inside?
2) Second, aside from the lack of a sizable dirty kitchen, is the absence of a laundry area. I am assuming that people still hang and iron their clothes somewhere?
3) Third, is there even a carport where several cars can be parked? Filipinos tend to have a larger family and set of friends who visit regularly. There must be a place where they could park?
4) And lastly, isn't a recreational room being considered for the modern house? A rec room where family members can stretch , exercise, and play some games, perhaps gather and sing some songs, play some music, paint, even pray? ... 4

The only thing is, how can you access the window box that goes all the way across the wall outside with its only access is a window on the opposite side? Can’t get to water the plants nor prune on the far end of the box. You can install a self watering system in there but dead heading the plants is a problem. ... 5
