Peshawari Namkeen Gosht || پیشاوری نمکین گوشت
Ingredients:
• 6 lbs Mutton - بکرے کا گوشت (Goat Meat)
• 5 large Tomatoes - سبز مرچ (cut in 4 pieces each)
• 5 Serrano Peppers - سبز مرج (cut in halves)
• Salt to taste - نمک
• Black Pepper - 1 TBSP - کھانے کا چمچا کالی مرچ
• Ginger Paste - 2 TBSP - کھانے کا چمچا ادرک
• Diced Garlic - 2 TBSP - کھانے کا چمچا لہسن
• Butter - 6TBSP - مکھن
Directions:
Melt the butter.
Add Ginger and Garlic and mix well.
Add meat and mix it well.
Add 3 cups of water.
Set the heat to medium low on stove.
Cover it and let it boil for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes, add salt and pepper, mix well and cover it.
Cook on low heat for 30 more minutes.
After that add tomatoes.
Once they are boiled and soft, peel them off.
Now raise the heat to high
Put half of the serrano peppers
Don’t cover and let the water dry.
Once water is dried up, it's ready to be served.
Enjoy it with Naan bread and Salad.
